Photography Skill Series
Paint does not create a great painting any more than a raw image creates art. It takes interaction with a creative mind and the proper tools.
Instructor: David Downs
You should expect to leave with a solid understanding of the Develop Module in Lightroom and confidence in dramatically improving your images’ look and feel. Whether you want to set up a photography business, wow your friends with your travel images, or create a great portfolio, this class will give you the necessary knowledge. This class is designed for those with a good grasp of Lightroom Classic but who want to learn the next steps in the editing process to create images that WOW the viewer. If you are brand new to Lightroom, this class is not designed to teach the basics.
We will be focused on Lightroom’s Develop Module. By the end of this class, you will understand how to improve the depth & feel of your image. You will see your images in a new light and know how to bring out the art there. Your portraits will have new warmth and presence, and your landscapes and wildlife images will transport the viewer to that beautiful moment the image was captured.

Location pro tips
Our location is near old downtown Plano. Plan on staying after class for exploration and lunch/drinks in one of the great downtown restaurants (Vickery Park is my favorite).
